What we can see already, is that it's an high altitude, high speed engine with a high pressure compressor bypass and intended variable geometry nozzle.
 
If it's been missed in previous pages, these were the basic turbofan configuration proposed, request is for an engine that has a thrust of 35,000lbs.

I wonder if a variant of this engine or one based on this will end up on the GCAP/Tempest since it is designed by RollsRoyce.

Yes - 10 tons of internal useful load (= TOW - OEW = fuel + internal weapons) sure, no question. But 10 tons of internal payload (= weapons only)? Not a chance. Terminology matters.
 
He probably confused total and internal when talking that fast
Yeah Mr.Kotil has a tendency to give as much information as quickly possible to the point that most of the time he ends up confusing his audience. And the reporters usually aren't particularly knowledgeable so we get this kind of statements from time to time.
 
anybody knows what Aselsan's BÜRFİS IRFS abbreviation means? Integrated RF Sensors(?) Systems(?)?
