Cutaway EWR-Sud VJ 101C, the failed VTOL tactical fighter project designed in Germany to meet NATO's requirement for a fighter with these characteristics, was to be powered by a battery of 6 engines, four in pivoting nacelles and two in the fuselage, The latter were only used during takeoff and vertical landing maneuvers, it had aspirations of being a relatively light supersonic fighter, similar in its conception to the Bell VTOL model that did not go beyond the model and the concept plans and drawings, the difference is that the Bell model was of large dimensions with a total of 8 engines, 4 tilting and two in the fuselage behind the cockpit for VTOL operation and two more engines in the tail of the fuselage for horizontal flights, author Mike Badrocke and retouched by Motocar

Cutaway Yakovlev Yak-140B,soviet Light fighter project competitor against the MiG-21 and its Ye-2 and Ye-4 prototypes with RD-9 engine
Cutaway Yakovlev Yak-140B, second version proposed to house the AM-11 engine, later Tumanski R-11, the first mounted an RD-9D engine (same as the MiG-19 but more evolved), a very light fighter with an extraordinary weight ratio. /power greater than 1, it had a wing surface greater than the most common projected at that time, Yakovlev gave priority to maneuverability over speed, in this way he achieved this objective. a light, maneuverable, robust and simple fighter to build (although the wings were previously ordered to be reinforced) with a tandem landing gear with three tires, one in the nose and two in the main gear that exerted little pressure on the ground thanks to its lightness, allowing this characteristic to operate in poorly prepared fields. Author of the Motocar modification based on several cutaways

Repost Cutaway Chichester Miles Consultants MCM Leopard, now with infographic in a larger format, author Motocar
Hey cool, have an internet friend who lives near the city named Chichester, will tell them about this.

Google found this about the real ones, Bournemouth Aviation Museum,
which is not that far from Chichester, or where my friend lives (well, 'not that far' by US midwestern farmland distance standards!)

Greetings southwestforests, can you give me more information about that friend? The exchange of information and data would be valuable while having the opportunity to enjoy and criticize the speculative schematic cuts of the Leopard. Thanks Motocar
