Existence of theme "leader" (ie design of future DMZ, of "remote sea zone" combatant) is known for some time, but looks like it is first photo of something that it may look like.

Most Russian icebreaker classes have Project numbers applied -- eg: Project 22220 for the LK-60 'Universal Atomic Icebreaker' class.
Does anyone know the Project numbers for the Arctech series? I'm especially curious about the NB-508 Oblique Icebreaker.
Here is a list of all known M-8 family designations from Catalogue of aeronautical products and systems (it has been translated, reorganized and reordered according to the sequence of the Western alphabet). I am pretty certain however that additions and corrections will inevitably happen!

Seeing as there seems to be some confusion about these designs and we don't seem to have a topic -
In 1992, Fatadin Mukhamedov registered two patents for aircraft designs, a high capacity airliner and a manouverable trainer/light fighter aircraft.

While browsing through magazines, I came across this most unusual aircraft, presented at MAKS '99 and described as the Avialine.
Does anyone know anything about it? Who manufactured it? Did it actually fly? What became of it?
Title edited thanks to boxkite's information.

I'm putting this here rather than Military or Naval projects because there is currently little or no hard information available about this subject. Basically this topic is a clearing house for any information (including RUMINT) that becomes available about designs and/or related studies to...

The Su-37 multirole, all-weather fighter aircraft demonstrator is derived from the family of aircraft based on the Su-27, which was developed in 1977 by the Sukhoi Experimental Design Bureau in Moscow and is in service with the Russian Air Force and a number of other countries. This family also...
Interesting. A little technical correction here: this was S-80 — not Su- for Sukhoi but S- for Simonov. Sukhoi model numbers are not allocated to all the designs, only those that get to the production stage.
