Official CGs from Anadolu Shipyard's website
Obviously the first detail that sticks out is the Strike length MIDLAS VLS.

So, that's a SeaRAM equivalent?
From Aselsan's websiteSo, that's a SeaRAM equivalent?
Bigger missile. Turkey is also marketing a direct RAM competitor called LEVENT that's only 128mm in diameter vs 160mm and 75kg rather than 135kg. I'd argue this system is more conceptually aligned with a developed Sea Chaperall or NASAMS firing AIM-9X missiles. This is just a surface fired Merlin AAM, presumably with some sort of fin folding.Okay, better range and simpler missile launcher system (no need to spin up a missile before launch)

For this test, they put the encapsulated missile suitable for VLS in a temporarily angled, special launcher with an exhaust duct on the ship's deck and launched it.
It's the long range missile datalink of Siper IADS missile battery.Some HQ images from the launch;

I'm not able to ID sensors visible in first picture, is it data-link or Multi-Function AESA radar ? @stimpy75 @snne

This might not come as a surprise, perhaps, but it has been revealed that the Hisar-class OPVs (which have been designed with FFBNW in mind) can also be quickly equipped with 8-pack MIDLAS VLS' behind the main gun.

Naval News covers ROKETSAN MILDAS VLS at IDEX'25, the rounded nose cone was in-fact vertically launched ATMACA not Gezgin LACMROKETSAN MIDLAS VLS model @ IDEX2025 , looks like the strike length with what appears to me Gezgin LACM with the rounded nose cone

This image must be from the initial test back in 2022.
ATMACA Anti Ship Missiles sub launched capsule system was shown to the public Today during inauguration of Reis Class Type-214TN submarine into service | Capsule launch system is likely to be used for Gezgin land attack missile (Turkish version of the Tomahawk or MdCN – NCM)

"ATMACA, the steel sword of the Blue Homeland, will now hit its target from under the sea! We have confirmed the underwater guided missile firing capability, which is possessed by only a few countries in the world, with today's ATMACA firing. ATMACA, which was fired from a submarine, successfully completed its flight.
I would like to thank our Naval Forces Commander Admiral Ercüment Tatlıoğlu, the valuable personnel of our Naval Forces Command, Roketsan, the personnel of our Presidency, our engineers, technicians and all our subcontractors who contributed to this great success. Turkish defense industry is moving forward for a fully independent future on land, air and sea!"
