Obviously the first detail that sticks out is the Strike length MIDLAS VLS.

So, that's a SeaRAM equivalent?
From Aselsan's website

"The new 20-missiles configuration of the GÖKSUR, namely GÖKSUR 100-N, features GÖKSUR IIR missile. It is an IIR-guided missile developed for air-to-air combat and now adapted for naval defense. GÖKSUR 100-N has 360 degrees target destruction capability, short deployment time at adverse sea conditions and multi-threat environment with its fast movement turret stabilization capability. It also has high effectiveness and capability of simultaneous multiple engagement with advanced fire control system with AI features and mid-course guidance capability against modern anti-ship threats. With its enhanced missile capacity, GÖKSUR 100-N offers greater operational flexibility and improves the vessel's situational awareness.

Different configurations of GÖKSUR PDMS, GÖKSUR 100-N VLS (flexible and modular Vertical Launcher System) and GÖKSUR 100-N/StA (turret with the ability to operate stand-alone) are also available, providing users with modular air and missile defense solutions"

Also the brochure, in English

Okay, better range and simpler missile launcher system (no need to spin up a missile before launch)
Bigger missile. Turkey is also marketing a direct RAM competitor called LEVENT that's only 128mm in diameter vs 160mm and 75kg rather than 135kg. I'd argue this system is more conceptually aligned with a developed Sea Chaperall or NASAMS firing AIM-9X missiles. This is just a surface fired Merlin AAM, presumably with some sort of fin folding.

This missile is also intended to be launched in a vertical launch configuration:

For this test, they put the encapsulated missile suitable for VLS in a temporarily angled, special launcher with an exhaust duct on the ship's deck and launched it.

As head of Aselsan states;

ASELSAN, in collaboration with TÜBİTAK SAGE, successfully conducted the first launch of our domestically developed GÖKSUR IIR missile from the GÖKSUR 100-N VLS launcher system on the TCG Beykoz ship.

GÖKSUR 100-N VLS will provide easy integration into different platforms, offering modular and interconnectable multiple use options.
With the GÖKSUR IIR missile fired, data link capabilities, missile wing folding, and canister usage were successfully tested.

The GÖKSUR Point Air Defense System stands out with its 15 km range, IIR missile, vertical launch, and high effectiveness against threats flying close to the surface..We congratulate the TÜBİTAK SAGE and ASELSAN teams for their efforts in achieving this significant defense capability for our country.

We get to see the VLS launcher in it's non-standard configuration, which is fantastic because we can surmise the below deck footprint the VLS will have - would be nice to see smaller ships (perhaps even FACs) being mounted with a dozen of these cells - certainly wouldn't take much space below deck.

"The construction of Ç-159, the first ship of the 8-ship project, was successfully completed just 10 months after the contract was signed. After fitting out and testing activities, the ship will enter the inventory of the Turkish Naval Forces. It is planned to launch 6 ships by 2025. These ships are the fastest landing ships of their class"
