More on the Type XXIX in Die deutschen Kriegsschiffe 1815-1945 - Band 3 - U-Boote, Hilfskreuzer, Minenschiffe, Netzleger und Sperrbrecher by Erich Gröner, Bernard & Graefe 1985, p.137-p.139.
Real project, none built.

There seems to be a missing sub design: Type XXVIII eg Type 28. Do we know something about it?

That is what Gröner wrote. It is all I have :(

Fair enough.
1 'indirect' Walter-turbine and 1 silent electric motor.
The 'indirect' Walter turbine used a closed circuit water/steam system to drive the turbine, using hydrogenperoxide only as oxygen source for fuel combustion. The aim was a more efficient power plant, but proved too difficult to develop before war's end. Plus, a heavier, more complex power plant.

Was the Walter turbine drive a viable option for submarines or it was a dead end? Did any navy continued it's development post-war?

Does anybody have blueprints of german torpedo launchers found on Tirpitz? I was searching for quite some time but I couldn´t find anything useful.

Tirpitz uses the same open quad as most other German ships. I'll see if I can find a diagram for you.

What was the triple 203mm turret designed for (are there any projects it would have been used on)?

The Graf Zeppelin at some stage in its design process was intended to have 3 such turrets. It's the only purpose I can think of, besides export to the Soviet Union, because KM basically abandoned the heavy cruiser concept after the Hipper class.

The '31 version or '38? @ceccherini is correct that Graf Zeppelin have several preliminaries due to German observation on 8" guns on Akagi and Lexington, so they came up with 8 inch gun armed "carrier cruiser" type (fitted into either casemate, twin or triple turrets).
I was thinking 1931 design is simply a concept based on 15cm/60 triple turret, they have some similarities.

Or some unknown D-class preliminary, an early heavy cruiser or for some export design.

Were there any other projects of battleships besides H-class mentioned in plan z?

Are there any more blueprints of H-41 battleship? I could find only this one.

That's the best print you can get from Breyer, am afraid some of them remain locked in invenio, most digitalized, least public plan, prints and sketches are H-39 and H-40a/b.

Aside from these Graf Zeppelin prelims? Not that I am aware of. There is no known Hipper prelim or successor that uses them either. I believe it's largely just a study.
There are a couple of good fiction designs though. Hindenburg (WOWS), Improved Prinz Eugen and P-class 4x3 203mm (Tzoli) come to mind.

I found these in a chinease social media post that a previous user provided as the source for the triple 406's. They seems to be aircraft carrying cruisers armed with triple 203mm turrets

Right, forgot these abominations, you can find them on invenio, a destroyer, light cruiser variant and this large bomber cruiser sketches. Although designer doesn't have the triple 20.3cm (1938 version) in his mind, so he enlarge 15cm/60 turrets as basis for it.

Check @_Sarcasticat_ folder drives, he usually put those in there, but if you want to find a legit, high details and more extensive (like including turret interior, hoists and machinery etc) it might be harder to find, the closet i have is 40.6cm breech sketch from invenio.

I'm no naval expert but it seems like this thing hull shapes seems to resemble Japanease Destroyers and Light Cruiser rather than a German Heavy Cruiser

There's at least one thread about this somewhere in this subforum. IIRC, it was an unsolicited proposal by a third party.

These types of proposals were common, although certainly many such plans no longer exist or are in private archives.
They are quite interesting. If they were to match their paper Statistics in any form or fashion, they might have been quite nice.
Not that Germany would ever have that much Leichtmetall.

Do you have any blueprints or info about Flugzeugtrager B of Graf Zeppelin class.
