"Welcome to Acid Theatre" This is a demo created by composer Kristopher Carter when the BTAS composers pitched music to the creative team of Batman Beyond. Bruce Timm liked this track a lot and asked Carter to rework parts of it so it can later became the Batman Beyond main theme. Another track on the composers demo CD that was composed by Shirley Walker became the end credits theme. This track is part of a collection of unreleased music and episode audio extracts that are meant to showcase the amazing music that never saw the light of day. The officially released Batman Beyond soundtrack features 20 music tracks that are featured in only the first 8 episodes of the show that has a total of 52 episodes. The amazing music that is featured in the rest of the show is never released due to the complications related to distribution and other costs but with today's standards and the availability of music streaming services it's never been easier to release great music. It's a shame that the majority of this show's soundtracks are just sitting somewhere, never to be heard by the public when they are all great pieces of electronic rock music that can be enjoyed by fans and even wider audiences. This channel is made with the purpose to showcase the amazing music from the series and to hopefully show that there is great interest in it so it can one day be released in it's purest form.
