That's a throwback to the 1970 Chaparral 2J. It had two fans adapted from a military tank engine in the rear, driven by a single two-stroke twin-cylinder engine. The fans sucked most of the air from underneath the car. It was banned from Can-Am racing when competing teams became very cross indeed with a car that was seconds per lap faster than any other car on the grid.It doesn't fly. In fact it has a powerful fan to make sure.
