"Ground Attack F-4(!?) For The U.S. ARMY" Model

These photos came into the Museum in a recent donation. I have no idea what the model was made for, but it seems to have been for something within the company as the photos have D4C- numbers noted on the back. A notation with this donation stated that the model was made by an Aerodynamics Engineer at McDonnell many years ago.

The stats listed on the base are

TOGW: 170,000 lb
Ceiling: Over 50ft
Range: 15nm Incl: takeoff, landing and taxi
