Section 1, page 1 after Executive Orders, which is 42 pages long. This is how the page with which the description of the rifle and its tests begins looks like.
And I also note that this constructor is Shpitalsky, not Shpitalny.

It may well be that the box magazine fed Shpitalniy SMG is just the Shpitalniy 1940 with a box magazine rather than a drum mag. I don't think there were separate designations for the PPSH-41 depending on mags fitted. 1940 was the time the Russians were having an intense internal monologue on the relative merits/disadvantages of box VS drum mags from both tactical and production perspectives.

According to Rough Forged, Vol1, Mauser lost his eye when trying to rapid firing a long recoil 1901 prototype rifle

Вполне может быть, что Shpitalniy SMG с коробчатым магазином - это просто Shpitalniy 1940 с коробчатым магазином, а не с барабанным магазином. Я не думаю, что для ППШ-41 существовали отдельные обозначения в зависимости от установленных патронов. 1940 год был временем, когда русские вели интенсивный внутренний монолог об относительных достоинствах / недостатках коробчатых и барабанных патронов как с тактической, так и с производственной точек зрения.
