The managing red-green federal government prevents the delivery of about three dozen Eurofighter fighter jets to Turkey. This was what the Handelsblatt learned from several sources familiar with the secret internal government deliberations.

Red-Green is superseded by Black-Red. Whether it will change anything related to it remains to be seen. The justification of "an opposition leader in Turkey being imprisoned" is the typical hypocrisy of the government in Germany, considering the witch hunting of oppositions in Germany and prosecution of any people who dare to question government policy or the narratives pushed forward.
