Not needed. MMIII can do the mission.

Not needed. MMIII can do the mission.

MMIII has no crossrange capability, nor does it have the lift capacity of Minotaur/Peacekeeper.

May be a thing like that its possible, this new programm look very interesting in all domains, there is a lot of progress made ine rocket plane this year, like X-COR Lynx or Virgin or European Skylon. A scaled up HTV-2 with internal rocket is very interesting design with a lot of capacity.
