I know what is it.
This is drawing by Eric Simonsen, depicting generic hypersonic vehicle (meantime, it looks quite like one of HGV descriptions)
Various times it was depicting FALCON HCV or FALCON CAV in Airman Magazine, or (Air&Space Magazine? or both?), if memory serves me well.

That looks like it takes after Bell Aircraft’s “RoBo” or Rocket Bomber and China’s WZ-8 seems to be a copy of it.

Think that hypersonic flight will be same as nuclear fusion it will always be 20 years off.
From what i see in the picture you will be put in some sort of tube with no windows.
Then all the very nasty air sick G forces and the price for a ticked some 50K due to the high fuel price and short lifetime of you vehicle.
