Vought ASM-135 ASAT aka ALMV (Air-Launched Miniature Vehicle)

I am hoping two things, this thread is for all things Vought ASAT and that you will find the attached document interesting.
It is a March 1959 Proposal For Study Of Satellite Intercept and Rendezvous Problems, it was pitched to the US Navy. I have not found anything further on this, or the study it mentions, of using Dyna-Soar as a possible vehicle. Apologies for the quality, sometimes it is what it is, and can't be helped.

It's me or nose cone looks rather asymmetric?

3-fin rockets always look like that if you rotate the view so you're looking straight at one of the fins. Also there are those two extra fins.
