From the Vulcan ad: "This is not proclaimed as a full set - It is unlikely a 'full set' exists.This set is very comprehensive."
The DVD has 245 drawings. That is not even close to comprehensive.
For the Canberra, 240,000 drawings were made. The Vulcan would have needed more.

That's not to say the drawings are useless. Most of the 240,000 Canberra drawings show a single part. The samples shown on the Vulcan page show detailed general arrangements, not single-part drawings.
