Good for the UAE to be interested in going to the Moon as well as Mars, and this time it is a rover. Any ideas as to when the probable launch date will be, or how advanced it is in the design stages?

Good for the UAE to be interested in going to the Moon as well as Mars, and this time it is a rover. Any ideas as to when the probable launch date will be, or how advanced it is in the design stages?
