This is the Tupolev Tu-110 Cooker. It is a version of the Tu-104 that was meant for export and was fitted with 4 engines instead of 2 to safely cross oceans. 3 Cookers were built until the project was canned. Tupolev then converted the 3 and 1 newly made model to Tu-110B standard for improved performance but it still was rejected and ended up serving the firm until the 70s as test beds for avionics, missile systems, etc
