He will take off, when engineers are fully confident in the product" - the source said, without specifying in what time frame is expected to start flying the prototype test aircraft, but added that at the present time the company completes the fourth sample PAK FA.
"Assembling the fourth sample is in the final phase. Now comes the testing of design" - added the official.
