If the advertisement is correct they, Erickson, are already working with Lockheed Martin, through the Sikorsky Matrix electronics. Not to mention Sikorsky does have some background with S-64.
 
An Erickson Skycrane at Gillespie Field while under contract to PG&E in 2019. This one has a pick up boom that allows it to "surf" and pick up seawater vs. hovering in the salt laden spray while in hover. After the disastrous fire that started from arcing power lines in 40-60mph winds that wiped out Paradise, California in 2018, PG&E contracted to have S-64s at key location throughout the State.
