So far i know was Mirage G for Dual role Airforce-Navy, but got canceled in 1968 with shift in priority at Airforce
Interesting is on Mirage G was that Vought and Dassault cooperated for the LTV V-507 prototype under VFX program, what became grumman F-14...

Ups, do I have gave Archibald another idea for a TL in this forum were French and USA builds the LTV V-507 ?

Nice picture. Never quite realized that Vought Tomcat entry had Mirage intakes.

The real fun would be the Corsair II / VAL of 1963 sticking with an afterburner and supersonic flight just like OTL YA-7F but 20 years in advance, 1965 instead of 1985.
Basically an afterburning TF-41 or - the afterburning Spey of the F-4K into the A-7 airframe.

this is essentially an A-7F in the mid-60's and has tremendous potential in a niche between F-105 and A-10 Whartog. Plus down the road it screw the Hornet.
