How many B-52s in service will be re-engined with the F130 turbofan?

Last fall the US Air Force announced that the B-52H fleet with be re-engined with the Rolls-Royce BR700 turbofan (to which it assigned the military designation F130). However, whether all the B-52Hs in operational service not only depends on congressional funding but also should take into account the possibility that one or two B-52Hs might suffer a TF33 turbine blade failure or outer wing section failure in flight.
