Nah, it's likely a model that we know about through leaked images but one that has never been officially presented to the chinese public.
I would be most inclined towards j-35; but that's a navy plane, not an air force one.
Perhaps j-31 is also far along enough, though.
Maybe it's also just a variant of an existing plane. J-20a comes to mind...

But wait, that particular launch image may not be one of the recent transpacific missile test.
What indication is there that it's connected to the test, other than timing of appearance ? Who issued the image? Was there an official release text given with it? Etc.

At 8:44 a.m. on September 25, the Chinese People's Liberation Army Rocket Force successfully launched an intercontinental ballistic missile carrying a simulated training warhead into the open sea area of the Pacific Ocean, accurately falling into the predetermined waters. Issued by the Ministry of National Defense of China
