The front fuselage looks like an attack helicopter, rather than the X49. It suggests to me the fuselage of the S67 Blackhawk but with a four bladed rotor! I know there was only one Blackhawk built, was there a mock up built as well?

Piasecki’s ARES-DV drone lifts off
A ducted fan UAV under development by Piasecki Aircraft performed its first tethered hover on 6 September. The highly modular Aerial Reconfigurable Embedded System Demonstration Vehicle (ARES-DV) is designed to carry interchangeable payload pods, making it configurable for missions, including ISR, EW, communications relay and even carrying personnel and cargo.
