No Harrier alt history

The very A-7F ? nope, way too late.
Now, a Spey-Phantom-afterburning-TF41 A-7D / A-7E... why not ?
Had USAF been obsessed enough with F-105 supersonic dash capability, and unwilling to lose it... A-7E may have had an afterburner.
How hard would it to put a British Phantom afterburner (RB.168) on an Allison TF41 ?
