If admin will allow me to blow my own trumpet a little, I have now released for public consumption my 'New Aircraft Programmes' tracker database
It attempts to cover all new aircraft designs, and major variants, currently in development - i.e. in between concept and certification.
Currently featuring 542 aircraft programmes, it includes 234 fixed-wing Aircraft, 1 Airship, 143 eVTOL, 9 Flying Cars, 32 Helicopters, 20 Hoverbikes, 1 Motor Glider, 7 Tiltrotors, and 82 UAVs.

Comments, corrections and additions are welcome!
(There must be some new Ultralights in development, but I haven't been able to locate any).
