Neville Duke's P.1099 (XT833) Hunter F.6 Prototype Crash

So, according to Neville Duke in Test Pilot, he was simulating landing with a P.1121 windscreen in the P.1099 when he injured himself on May 9th 1956. Timing are plausible but I have never seen any photographic evidence of alterations to the windshield on this aircraft?
