Appears to be a enclosed cockpit variant of the Klemm 25 - the vertical fin and wing, especially the step at the trailing edge/fuselage matches up well with a Klemm 25. I see gliders in the background - what's the story on the photo? Saar territories had EZ and TS designators back in the day - cannot find a SL at the moment though.
