I know that this question doesn't really fit here, or anywhere else really, but does anyone know who Montague Bradey was? Apparently active in the US in the mid-1920s and probably associated with an airline or other branch of civil aviation.

Thanks

I think this one,

Montague

1926: Marshall Airplane Company, Marshall MO. Later 1926: (M L) Montague Monoplane Company, Kansas City KS. Even later 1926: Bankruptcy.
Monoplane 1926 = 3pChwM; 90hp Curtiss OX-5. Designed by Al Mooney, and as his second design, it was sometimes called M-2. POP: 1 [4431].

Well, that would only really work if his name was Bradey Montague. I guess it is possible that the source where I found the name could have got it reversed.

Mods - please delete this thread. Once again I have been misled by incorrect information in Jackson's Putnam volume Blackburn Aircraft. Wrong man, wrong year, wrong country........

Or rather move it to section about fakes and errors, lest someone else gets trapped later.
