Things like this-and up-front costs-are why venture capitalists run from aerospace start-ups. The Very Light Jet yielding to electric drones for the "air taxi" model of Vern Rayburn.

Aaaaand they are gone!

Site is kaput www.kelleyaerospace.com/

Fishy dude very possibly behind the whole operation started a new career as CEO/owner of VivaJet, a new company for "private jet brokerage" based in Prague, Czech Republic, opened in December 2021.
The only return while searching for this company is its page on Linkedin:

And I spy with my little eye, the same Bombardier Express from a year ago in VivaJet's header picture...

Same dude also appears to be the only employee left on Kelley Aerospace's page on Linkedin, with I'zza Tan taking the right decision to jump the ship in April 2021. Good job.

Unfortunately for Airbus, I don't think they will get their rental money back anytime soon. Or...ever, really.

Wouldn't be too sure about that. Dude moved back to the EU, where Airbus has a vast army of lawyers... The money might be lost, but I doubnt this move made his life easyer in the long run...

Nothing new online since this discussion in March of 22.
One point, while I'd agree this seems to have all the "signs and symptoms" of a scam, I think there might be only one thing that could run contrary to this notion..
That is the size and depth of the 2021 rollout of the concept...the number of publications ?"duped?" and the display of some of the hardware. .....albeit only a number of carbon fiber
half shells and one carbon fiber form.
Anything carbon fiber is very pricey. ....
Throw 100k £ or $ at a pseudo opening, and "fake it till you make it"? Not a clue. Shame this appears to be just so much nonsense. , K

I'm betting that Kelley Aerospace Global Elite is a rebrand of that sketchy fractional ownership scheme with gourmet chef they were pitching earlier.

Would also not be surprised to discover that the person in that video identified as Avraham Kelly is an actor, who might not even be in on the full scam, like this guy.

Unfortunate Events eh? ....always had a weird feeling about this one. So the gig is finally up. Am glad the waiting is over at least.

I've the slight suspicion I'zza Tan probably stumbled on this thread while monitoring the net looking around for articles on Kelley Aerospace, since she has updated her resume to add that she's in charge of Finance, Marketing and Management efforts besides HR.

I suppose that's the answer to my previous question in regards to that.

Before:

And after yesterday:

Absolutely not suspicious at all.

Anyway.
I'zza if you're reading this, you seem like a very competent and smart person. You have the qualities and the drive to make it on your own out there in the world. It might be a difficult and tedious process to succeed, rather in fact, I'm almost sure it will be. It is like that for most of us, mere mortals.
But I'm also sure you can make it in a legitimate way.
Don't take part in activities such as this, because you might regret them later in your professional career. Even if you're shielded from any personal liabilities with the way the company has been set up, there's no telling what the future may bring and remember that hindsight is always 20/20.
Take care.
A respectable paper like the Daily Mail. A gold standard in Journalism. It is not a scam guys!
( For those that don't know the Daily Mail, it's nickname is the Daily Fail.... )

They made a huge empty shell, along with several other smaller (and still empty) shells, if you would like to call them mock-ups:

The part at 1 minute and 9 seconds always cracks me up...hey, if you can step on it that means it can go supersonic, right? /s

Dude #1 being interviewed is portrayed to be Avraham Kelley*, chairman of Kelley Aerospace, of whom you will find absolutely nothing while searching online.
Dude #2 following him around between 1 minute 8 seconds and 1 minute 23 seconds (without face mask) is Aviv Ben Khalifa, who I suppose is the mastermind behind the whole "operation".

Avraham's body language while being interviewed is..."curious".

*If that's even his real name...

Would need to add an extra "E" as well...
Kelly ≠ Kelley
Kelly Aerospace is a legitimate company in the US, Kelley Aerospace is the one we are talking about in this thread and which is based in Singapore.

It's the time of year that's in it, our brains are all in shutdown mode one way or another, it is not just you.

I've just taken another look at their site.

That's one suspiciously very large and blue registration code.
Doesn't look photoshopped at all.

Let's search for it on the FAA's site.

Mmmh, maybe somewhere else...?

Man, the ones left at Kelley are not very good at BSing...

Airbus puts Seletar Aerospace Park facility up for sale at S$20 million upon Kelley Aerospace’s exit

AIRBUS has put an industrial building in Seletar Aerospace Park on the market this month for S$20 million. This comes after tenant Kelley Aerospace vacated the building following a legal dispute over unpaid rent.

Located at 110 Seletar Aerospace View, the three-storey property sits on a 189,338-square-foot (sq ft) plot of land and has direct runway access. It also houses a hangar, simulator halls, ancillary office and 75 car park lots.

The plot has a tenure of 30 years that began on Dec 1, 2009, with a further term of 10 years granted. The purchaser has the option to renew the lease for 20 years when the lease expires on Nov 30, 2049.

In December 2020, aerospace company Kelley Aerospace announced that it would invest around S$150 million over the next five years on initiatives that included job creation and manufacturing, and that the projects would be undertaken at the Singapore facility.

Prototypes in development included a business jet that could fly at the speed of sound for corporate and private clients worldwide. It claimed to have had orders for about 100 of these jets. It also planned to design, manufacture and assemble unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) in Singapore.
