What, are you suggesting that perhaps we shouldn't unquestioningly accept a video about the Ka-90 that uses for illustration photos of the mockup of the fictional "Whispercraft" chopper and an unattributed provisional reconstruction diagram by our very own Jemiba posted earlier in the very thread? You shock me. Next you'll be suggesting that perhaps Pravda isn't a wholly reliable source of objective reporting.

On a more serious note, it is interesting that they are bringing the Ka-90 back into the spotlight now. A little bit of misdirection, or a serious effort?

Ka-90 (Ka-100) was pretty old concept already when it was shown at HeliRussia 2008. There were not any official mention of it since then. It's not being developed further, not being funded either.
 
Hilarious they claim 28 soldiers and 2 crew. You can see the proportions are completely wrong. If the 2 crew are sitting side by side at the front (like pretty much everything) where are the 28 soldiers? There's nothing like enough room in the body even without the gearbox and engine(s).
 
Designed before 2008, you won't believe what the Ka-90 looks like today!
 
A random thought occurs: these clickbait-phrases would have made no sense to probably anyone when this forum was set up more than a dozen years ago. A dozen years from now?
