Contract is signed, contract obligations kicked in, and under peacetime operational conditions no one bothers about eventualities.
Very typical for 2022-2025 Russia.

Suggests that they are highly confident about retaining the Crimean shipyard in whatever deal might end the active hostilities with Ukraine (I say "active hostilities" because I expect a formal state of war to continue indefinitely.)

There is still a danger of it being destroyed in dock out of spite. But since construction was started in 2020, I think there was no economical way to move or pause the project.
