Iran unveils Karrar armed unmanned bomber (UAV)

I am by no means a defense (defence) expert, but I believe RPV and UAV are generally similar, and refer to two different generations of the same concept. One could argue perhaps that RPVs pretty much consisted of what was once simply refered to as "target drones", made to be lost in enemy territory, while UAVs have some durability in them, as they are sent on mission, perform and return to base (hopefully). UCAV, however, refers to a different kind of machine and should not therefore be used so casually for any war machine that flies unpiloted.

An unmanned vehicle is an unmanned vehicle whatever you call it. Hanging a bomb under it means it is intended for combat therefore making it a UCAV. Indeed all current in service UAV's are actually remotely piloted rather than autonomous. A UCAV is just a UAV capable of armed combat. and this Iranian monstrosity is most definitely a UCAV.

Though slightly off topic, Iran unveiled a few days ago EPIC, a claimed attack drone.

Iranian success with reverse engineering FJ33 turbofan with Jahesh-700 which probably refers to 700 kilogram force output is that they can use it to propel 2 ton class UAV that at full throttle can go 3-4.5hours or go for endurance once high up to have 6 to 9 hours.

Their advances won't stop.
