Zvezda's general director and chief designer for the last 40 years has passed away today at Tomilino near Moscow.
Academician of Russian Academy of Sciences and the man whose ejection seats have saved hundreds and whose spacesuits were used all along Soviet and Russian space program. Creator of K-36. That's enough to understand the loss.
