I don't know which Folland concept was involved but, IIUC, Specification B.126T (and OR.314, both of May 1952) were strictly for a low-level bomber carrying a free-fall Blue Danube bomb.
In Oct 1953, B.126T was superseded by OR.324 which was the low-level stand-off bomber - incorporating the Bristol Red Cat stand-off weapon (to OR.1125).
