Why they choose T-tail for trainer? It is dangerous while deep stall.

What ?,It's nor a problem.
I have read this:
The flow condition of deep stall is a common problem of T-tail aircraft at high angles of attack. When the aircraft reaches a certain angle of attack (deep stall angle of attack) after the wing stall, the efficiency of the elevator will be reduced due to the wake of the wing, which makes it very difficult to change the deep stall state.

So I think that the T-tail is not good idea for a trainer.

Interestingly, Hawker Siddeley Kingston came up with an almost identical design study for the P.1182.
 
The Potez P.92 design pre-dates the others, dating from 1964. The HS.1182 study and P.375 were both 1969 designs.
