According to this brochure from Oerlikon-Contraves, the Flakpanzer Gepard's turret with its 35-mm Oerlikon twin-barreled autocannons can also be fitted onto other AFV chassis such as the M109, M48, M60, Panzer 68, and Vickers MBT:

In 1992, the Italian firm Breda Meccanica Bresciana based in Milan offered an export upgrade package for the M42 Duster. The upgrades included a new enclosed turret armed with a single 40-mm L/70 Bofors and equipped with surveillance and tracking radars. The rear hull was also enlarged to provide room for an improved power plant. Ultimately, Breda's M42 Duster upgrade proposal was never accepted and was dropped.

I was looking through some old photos I have saved in my e-mail and I found this Flickr image from Rick McOmber aka RickM2007 of a hypothetical DIVAD model combining the M247 Sergeant York's turret with the M1 Abrams' chassis:

It should be noted that the M48 Patton and M1 Abrams shared the same turret ring diameter of 85-inches / 215.9-centimeters.

Here's a funny thing: The collapse of the DIVAD program led to the US creating the Bradley ADATS program (and if it hadn't been done in by the post-Cold War budget cuts, it would have been designated the M6 Linebacker), which was a Bradley with its 25mm in max-ROF mode and two quad-packs of ADATS missiles.

The weapons worked beyond expectations (the only time the system didn't function was when the conditions were so bad that even aircraft wouldn't fly)... but the turret wasn't cooperating with the Bradley.

Funnily enough, with the new warfare requirements these days (SHORAD is now a required Platoon-level asset, not optional), you'll need what GURPS terms TAC Missiles (basically missiles that can do both AA and AT duties) as standard.
