Details of the upgrades from 965 to the Type 1022 radar

I understand that after the Falklands the Batch I Sheffields were re-fit with the 1022? I checked in a couple of references online and while the 1022 is always mentioned in conjunction with the Batch II and III, I cannot find anyone detailing the upgrades of the earlier ships. I'd like to update the wiki article on Sea Dart with a solid reference, can anyone point me in the right direction?
