Hi,

For information, these photos are extracted from Jean Cuny's article about Maurice Delanne in Le Fana de l'Aviation issue 231. They initially come from Jacques Lebourg's collection.
I also attach 1938 english magazine publications showing interpretation of Delanne 10 fighter, in company of another unidentified english strange project.

The "unidentified English strange project" is none other than the Airspeed AS.31.

What makes you think this drawing is from Delanne - where did you find it?
 
I think not,there are two differences in the drawings ?!.

Looks like a patent drawing. It would not be the first patent drawing that differs slightly from the final design.

The general configuration looks far more like the Miles M.43 than any Delanne design, from the kink in the leading edge of the low placed rear wing to the forward swept trailing edge of the high front wing.

I can't remember from where,but I can't also find it in Miles patent,and
there's some similar in Delanne,

 
In all of the Delanne designs I have seen so far the rear wing is smaller than the front wing. WW2 tandem wing aircraft designs with a front wing smaller than the rear wing point me in the direction of one manufacturer - Miles Aircraft. The planform of both wings in your drawing are a near perfect match for the M.43 as shown in my reply #51.

I rest my case.
 
From Le Fana 230,here is artist drawing to a patent,and DL-10 wooden Model.
The artist drawing is not directly extracted from a patent. However, it illustrate the same initial configuration, as it appears in the patent filed by Delanne in July 1935. This design was modified and the beams between wings were removed in the wind tunnel model tested the same year. Arsenal de l'Aéronautique was commissioned to build the prototype, then known as Arsenal-Delanne or Air-Delanne 10 C2.

I know the Airspeed AS.31 has crept into this thread in posts above and is off-topic, but that patent drawing is interesting in that with the thin booms connecting the rear wing it is very much like the AS.31, almost as if the AS.31 was a tandem wing but with the aft wing shrunk back to the size of a tailplane.
I wonder if there was any cross-pollination in reality?
 
Various other designs from Maurice Delanne, recorded in multiple patents.

NB: Hesham, please DO NOT try to assign number to these designs. Most of them are just simple concepts, which do not correspond to any real project.
