I stand corrected, It looked to me like a set of the main gear was left out, but it was just blending in with the shadow of the belly and set farther aft than I had assumedIn fact none ...

Yes ... IMO most likely for aerodynamic reasons maybe related to airflow issues for the receiving aircraft?!

Is that an air refuelling point that is where the cargo bay doors used to be Deino? Is that why the cargo bay doors are sealed.

Is this a photoshop of one of the first Y-20 prototypes? The side number is three digits. Other Y-20B photos (later in this thread) show four-digit side numbers.
