PS: I'm informed that a second print run is something like 4 weeks away. Not sure if that means they'll be printed in 4 weeks, shipped in 4 weeks or available on book store shelves in four weeks, but I highly recommend that everyone buy at least a dozen copies when they're available. Fifty if you can manage it.
