Wow, Matej. I can tell that you have 1°) a fantastic camera 2°) better access to some areas than I do! 3°) a gift for photography.

Thanks a lot for sharing these... though I feel a little pathetic now with my own pictures!

Greetings All -

There's a video on YouTube of the project:

Nothing new here really except a video about collaborater Windriver (avionics). Disappointed we haven't seen it transition to forward flight yet.

Something new!

https://www.flightglobal.com/news/articles/singapore-project-zero-tiltrotor-to-gain-diesel-eng-421964/

10 minute endurance on batteries, diesel engine to increase it to 35-45 minutes. One third scale model used for flight tests.

Have any overall dimensions been published as yet for the full size design, would make for an unusual model :) (a rough guess im thinking 30-40 feet span ?)
cheers, Joe

very much so, many thanks flateric, clearest drawings iv seen published as yet (il have to tweak my cad drawing) :)
id stil love to find any dimension I can scale from, eg., span, duct diameter even wheel track ? its interesting nothing has been noted previously in published sources ?

many thanks, Joe

I'll have a stab at it.

The image of the vehicle on the ramp was taken with a long telephoto with almost no distortion or parallax, so I can measure 2420 pixels wingspan.

The same line between three concrete slab measures 2951 pixels.

With Google Earth, I can see that 13 concrete tiles on the ramp measure 65.19 m give or take 0.1 m.

So we have a Project Zero wingspan equal to 65.19/13 * 3 * 2420/2951 = 12.34 m and this should be fairly accurate, maybe within 5 cm.

cheers for that, nicely done, il go ahead with the model, 12.34m should be 171.3 mm span at 1/72 scale :)

very appreciated indeed, Joe
