Not a particularly good article but at the end is the document with the interesting code names.
For those in the know here at SPF doesn't the first word like Chalk in the program Chalk Coral or Retract in the program Retract Juniper give you a clue. I though I read somewhere that Chalk was electronic warfare and retract was a weapons systems ALTHOUGH I could be way off, memory not as good as it used to be
