In the 1908 italian journal Bollettino della Società aeronautica italiana, there is mention of a helicopter by Robyns.

SPF and the internet reveal no information. Yet, when you translate the Italian text you will see that it hints at Dutch origin
The typical Dutch to Italian translation garbles up the name again.
Only the Dutch language knows the combination "ij" as a replacement for the greek "y"
The original name is there almost certain Robijns or Robijn. Robyns in NL would most likely not exist during early 1900's
So, who knows more about this elusive compound helicopter?
