CVN-77, CVX, and CVN-21 Design Studies

Here is FAS link from 1997: http://www.fas.org/man/dod-101/sys/ship/docs/cvx-alt/index.html As you can see, the drawings survive but the NAVSEA reports are long offline. Were there any public documents that gave specifications for the design studies?

    Soviet Stealth: Research and Application

TsNII claim to be the institute with "stealth" experience. They claim to have reduced the RCS of Tu-160, S-37, and Kh-101 by factors of 6, 10, and 14 from the original designs. Chelomei are supposed to have intended to use a Plasma Stealth generator called "Marabou" on their 3M25 Meteorit missile.

TEAL DAWN, SENIOR PROM and ACM - precursors and alternatives to the AGM-129

I'm pretty certain that SENIOR PROM was a competitor to the Northrop Program that became TSSAM (AGM-137A/BGM-137B). Whereas SENIOR PROM clearly builds on SENIOR TREND experience, TSSAM (under various code names) clearly builds on TACIT BLUE experience. Beyond that, I'd rather not comment.
