Rather late in the day, at best...
To be fair, many of the petroleum pipeline operators also operate chemical pipelines, so last year’s directives covered a lot of those. Same goes for the plant operators. There‘s a lot that I won’t say since I worked this very problem in my last job, but there’s a difference between won’t move product because we might get crosswise with the feds and can’t move product because the systems that control are hit. There are ways to make sure critical things still happen…![]()
