No. Transport aircraft of both the cargo and passenger varieties tend to make poor bombers, dropping extra-big bombs out the back aside.

Only in the sense of rolling oversized bombs out the back like a C130 dropping a Daisy Cutter.

The An-26 certainly had hardpoints for external racks and was used by the Afghan air force in the 80s as a bomber
