There was a two page article, in Russian, on the experimental Sh (Sha) and EG designs in Аэрокосмическое обозрение 2012-06 (Aerospace Review issue 61) .

Thanks for the wonderful pics/drawings/links. Never had noticed before that the landing gear also underwent changes. The straight nosewheel strut was replaced by a socalled trailing type and it seems the fuselage struts were also shortened.
