XM105 120mm Heavy Assault Weapon (HAW) Recoilless Rifle

Came across some information on the intended replacement for M40 106mm rifle, which was also developed alongside the M67 MAW and M72 LAW for the Infantry. Seems like development dragged on through the 60s with no decisive increase of firepower over the M40, and competed with TOW for funding.
