I've also read of another problem, in that Himmler didn't trust Ernst Heinkel, as he believed Heinkel had 'Jewish Blood in him'. Also, since Junkers was effectively owned and controlled by the Nazi Party, contracts and resources tended to be funneled towards Junkers, the best example of this would be the cancellation of the He 219 in favour of the various Ju 188 and 388 based night fighters.cheers,Robin.
