The last one looks like a Breguet 693, but without it fins. A little bit strange,
as the model seems to be in perfect condition.

Ditto. I thought exactly the same thing.

I'm really curious about the other two models though, the configuration of the second one in particular is highly unusual.
 
Unfortunately I cannot tell the source in the moment ( I think, the copies are in one of my cardboxes,
but I don't know in which one ...), but there is a quite strong resemblance, I think, to a proposal made
by SNCASE, as a development of the principles used in the SE.100, where wing and tailplane were more
or less merged to a single flying surface.

As my dear Jemiba said,

the third one was Breguet Br.693,but the first one is familiar for me ?.
 
First one was obviously an agricultural aircraft. Notice spray bars under wings and an air driven pump under fuselage.
